Surely you’ve been preparing for the Q4 Season all year long if you’re in HR. This time of year can be stressful from tax preparations and compliance to policy changes and New Year plans. If you’re a little late to the party and find yourself scrambling to get organized, we have some reminders to set you back on track.
It’s a Wrap
2021 has been quite a year for us all. With COVID-19 still ever-present, and vaccines made available for the public early in the year, many legal implications have arisen that have spilled over into the workplace. As a result, many organization’s needs from their Human Capital Management (HCM) systems have changed, and PeopleGuru has, and will, continue to pivot and adjust to meet these needs.
The holidays are finally upon us, and sometimes we need a little bit of holiday cheer to get us through the day. Especially, the workday.
That’s why PeopleGuru has created the ultimate holiday playlist packed with 5 hours of classic and modern holiday songs to bring joy to the workplace. Let’s say maybe five hours of Holiday music just isn’t for you. We don’t get it, but we aren’t judging! We’ve also compiled a variety of Spotify playlists in all different genres to get you through the end of the year.

Coined by Anthony Klotz, The Great Resignation is used to describe the relatively recent trend of employees voluntarily leaving their jobs in record numbers. In fact, just this August, a record 4.3 million Americans quit their jobs. Pretty incredible considering the pandemic has caused one of the worst recessions and job crises since the 1920s.
In case you missed it, we recently had an amazing webinar with HUB International and Intellicents going over best practices for how to effectively scale your rapidly growing agriculture organization with a strong ecosystem of partners that understand and specifically serve the highly regulated industry.
