PeopleGuru Update on COVID-19

As concern about the current COVID-19 outbreak grows, PeopleGuru is doing our very best to keep everyone healthy and safe in the workplace while also minimizing the disruptions to our day-to-day operations. However, there are a few things to keep in mind during this unprecedented time:

PeopleGuru operations

PeopleGuru is fully operational and here to assist our clients. As usual, support requests should be submitted through the PeopleGuru CRM to ensure consistency and timely responses.

CRM entries can be managed by the client and the PeopleGuru team from initial creation to final resolution and offers us the ability to keep everyone informed with the progress, escalations, and solutions.


For clients that are not already paperless, we are encouraging everyone to move to a direct deposit option. Direct deposit eliminates the need for employees to come into the workplace to pick up a physical check, entering a financial establishment, and provides employees with immediate access to electronic funds. This also eliminates the risk of service delivery issues.


PeopleGuru is a cloud-based system that can be accessed from a computer, tablet, or mobile app with an internet connection. As part of PeopleGuru’s security policy, users will be required to complete a two-factor authentication when accessing PeopleGuru HCM on a new device.

Please have employees review their email and cell phone number in the employee profile to ensure everything on file is correct. If you are an employee using PeopleGuru HCM and cannot access your account, please contact your HR department.

Employees will be able to access their paystubs online and can stay connected through the PeopleGuru Social collaboration feature.

We have been communicating to our clients best practices to sanitizing time clocks and strongly encouraging our clients to consider the PeopleGuru Kiosk as an alternative to the biometric hand punch.

PeopleGuru’s secure, touchless, kiosk offers our clients a card and key fob reader option so that your employees can clock in and out without touching the clock, minimizing risk and exposure.

PeopleGuru Time is a cloud-based solution that can also be accessed via computer, tablet, or mobile phone with geo-fencing capabilities, making it easy for your remote workers to report their hours.


Unfortunately, hackers like to take advantage during times of uncertainty, so please be alert to any phishing schemes and review emails closely before responding or clicking on a link.
